I have been deeply involved in the design and facilitation of ready-to-use components and UI guidelines aimed at simplifying the integration of TomTom internal and external apps and tools. Simultaneously, I actively contribute to enhancing the Developer Experience by designing web documentation, dashboards, and actively participating in the development of internal tools.

As the first in-house designer at Felyx, I improved the visual and user experience of their products and services by creating a solid design foundation connecting the brand with the apps. I delivered consistent visuals for Android and iOS, assisted in development, and researched improvement opportunities. This contributed to meeting company targets, including expanding Felyx to Germany and France and consolidating operations in Benelux countries.

As a team leader, I guided product designers, enhancing their skills and elevating Chama apps to higher quality levels. We scaled the Design System for consistent brand and product advancement. Establishing an efficient design and development cycle facilitated continuous research and exploration.

As a Product designer specializing in mobile apps, I established the foundational style for Tajawal and Almosafer brands and developed a cohesive Design System. Working within a multicultural team, we introduced new features, conducted user tests, and closely monitored performance, leading to enhanced user experiences across both apps.

Since the first stage, I was in charge of product conception, brand creation, visual guidelines, websites, and mobile apps. I applied UX methods, including user testings, to deliver a polished experience. Besides, I oversaw the development with continuous releases.

As a Senior Product Designer and later, Lead UI Designer, I was responsible for renewing the visual aspects for the customers and drivers’ apps and designing new features, and validating ideas on the field together with our UX research team.
